7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is provided "as is." While we strive to generate high-quality, brand-appropriate content, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETINTENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetIntent and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
